Effective date: September 14, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. We use them to run the product and, when enabled, to understand usage.
2. Essential cookies
Required for sign-in, session continuity, security, and load balancing. The app cannot function correctly without them. These typically include authentication and session cookies set by Better Auth on app.trybirch.ai.
3. Analytics
When PostHog is configured, we may use cookies or local storage to measure page views, product usage, and related events on the marketing site and/or app. Analytics helps us fix bugs and improve UX. You can block non-essential cookies via browser settings; some features may still work without analytics.
4. What we do not do with cookies
- We do not sell personal data collected via cookies
- We do not use advertising networks for third-party ad retargeting on the core product flows described here
5. How to control cookies
Use your browser controls to delete or block cookies. If you block essential cookies, you may not be able to sign in. For more on personal data, see the Privacy policy.
