The thesis
Most SaaS founders can ship code. Few have a dedicated marketer. Agencies are slow and expensive. Generic AI tools dump ideas without product context. Birch is the hire in the middle: Foundation first, then scheduled agents that fill an approval feed.
You stay in the last mile. Approve, dismiss, copy, or merge. Birch never auto-posts and never auto-merges.

- Indie SaaS founders and small teams (roughly 2 to 20 people)
- B2B products with a marketing site on a custom stack (Next.js, Astro, Remix, and similar)
- Teams that can ship content or code, and do not have a full-time marketer
Agencies and white-label multi-client setups are out of scope for this version.
